A new life, a new day

Fear roams Manar's mind like a gun tank,

Always shooting new thoughts in and out.

With a blood-scented sun every night,

Lying scared in her bed - tucked in tight.

A new life, a new day.

The memories would never fade away.

She wishes to return, to help those in need,

But a dilapidated refugee camp is all she sees.
